GENERAL ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS REGARDING PETS

These rules are established to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and does not cause any inconvenience to other guests staying at the property.

• Hygiene and Health: The pet owner is required to keep the animal in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions.

• Liability for Damages: The owner is responsible for any damage their pet may cause to third parties or the furniture. The cost of any damages caused during the stay will be charged to the final bill.

• Right of Refusal: ARBELA APARTAMENTUAK reserves the right to refuse pets that cause a nuisance to other guests or behave inappropriately during their stay.

• Constant Responsibility: The guest is fully responsible for their pet and its behavior at all times.

• Relieving Outdoors: Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the accommodation; the surrounding outdoor areas are available for this purpose, provided that owners clean up their droppings.

• No Unattended Pets: Pets may not be left alone in the room/apartment/entire house at any time. This is to avoid causing disturbances to other guests through barking or crying, as well as to prevent damage to the property’s furniture.

• Furniture Policy: Guests are asked not to allow their pets on the beds or sofas.

• Bathing Restrictions: Pets must not be bathed in the accommodation’s bathroom/shower, nor may the provided towels be used for them. If you need to wash or clean your animal, please consult the accommodation manager.

• Prior Notice: Please notify us that you are traveling with a pet before making your reservation.
